I’m six and a half months pregnant and I will say that Chamomile tea, asides from Peppermint tea, were the only things I could drink for the first half of my pregnancy! I drink 2 cups of Chamomile tea every day.
I had no idea it had so many health benefits. I find it keeps me calm through my busy work day and also helps with bloating issues.
